Flossing increases gap between teeth and I am feeling the same with my teeth. Shall I avoid using it? If yes, how will I get benefit of that by other means? Thank you.

Flossing never increases gap between teeth. Gap was caused by inter-dental bone loss due to delay in getting your teeth cleaned professionally (Scaling/ Oral Prophylaxis). Flossing is always good to prevent worsening of the gap & also to prevent inter-dental caries/ tooth decay due to food lodgement in the gaps. Make sure you visit a dentist for a regular Dental Check-up every 6 months. Prevention is Better than Cure. Brush twice daily & floss atleast once a day or when food gets trapped. Avoid using Tooth-picks. Take Care.
