Mr. lybrate-user, Your statement is very general. So nothing is clear to me. If you drink more water then visit to toilet is bound to be more often. Secondly in diabetes when there is high blood glucose, then there is glucose in the urine, that also leads to more visits to toilet. Since you have not mentioned any details about blood glucose levels or HbA1c% and drugs being taken for treating diabetes, I can hardly comment. Thanks.
