At your age it is most common ,what it demands is that you should channelise this energy in positive direction to make good future. So don't take stress and don't think on this topic again and again ,by thinking you will gain nothing but only gain frustration and negativity. Make some good friend, make yourself busy ,focus on study and whenever negative thought runs write down on paper. Tell me onething if someone slaps somebody and in court if that person says that I did't slap but it was due to evil's power ,imagine yourself as judge will you forgive and write the judgement that this person is not guilty and actually evil slaps him/her? The moral of the story is that there is no such power like this logically and the whole world and life is based on logic. So be happy and enjoy every second of it. Take care.

Hi lybrate-user, thank you for your question. Once in a while, these kinds of symptoms may be seen in normal people for a few days, particularly of there is a disturbing event. But if this is continuing for long, it could be a sign of depression. In order to clarify things, I think few blood tests as well as physical evaluation will be needed. Please get a thyroid profile, complete hemogram, vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels done. It may be a good idea to see a mental health expert along with these reports. In any case, it seems that the problem can be easily treated and there is nothing really to be worried about. Get some physical exercise going and make sure to eat healthy and on time, drink lot of water and sleep properly. Yoga and meditation can be of additional help. Take care!
