Steps to reduce Anxiety are mainly a) Avoid busy schedule take breaks b) Relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga help c) Breathing exercises or just watching your breath for two minutes will help d) play music stay with friends and family e) Avoid junk foods, frozen foods, cheese and substance use if you do any. Last most importantly don't worry about being anxious it is normal just try to overcome it.
