I have got many acnes, white heads an open pores on my chins besides that I do not have moustache/beard which many of my colleagues have developed quite earlier. Please help.

You are still young and the hormonal changes will continue for a couple of years. Give some more time for the beard to grow.

For Pimples/Acne - Aclind Gel / Faceclin Gel / D’ACNE Plus Gel For application twice daily over affected area.For Marks (spots)- DUCRAY Photoscreen Depigment Cream / Demelan cream for application once in a week at night apply (very little on marks only).
Face wash with Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash.
Tab. Limcee 500 mg once daily for one month, Tab. Ascazin twice daily for one month. Combination Chemical Peels treatment done at skin clinic for glow, clear skin & spots. Facial hair is the last to come in men. These are under the influence of the hormone testosterone. Give it time. It will come between 25-30.
