Sir, I am an engineering final year student from childhood I am a clever student but not having a clear view on studies. But two years before I got heavy tension during my exams and after that exams I got a clear view on studies and got interest but my problem is that exam phobia did not leave me And I feel that if my exam phobia goes out then my interest on studies will also leave me. I am getting depressed, so what should I do now? Is my thinking way is wrong?

Hello David you have nicely wrote that if your exam phobia goes your interest in studies may also go. Well it is true but in correct sense if exam phobia goes then actually you won't take your exams seriously, which can worsen your performance. There will be always tension for any exam and it can't be erased. But our job is to make it not go out of bounds.Well my advice to you is plan early for exam, Reading daily, Revise topics regularly which is very important. Take adequate breaks, take notes, use sticks notes, eat healthy, sleep well, avoid bad habits and enjoy your time with family and friends.
