High sugar level is dangerous for all patients, because it affects large and small blood vessels, eyes, heart, kidneys and nerves. Can also lead to ulcers in foot etc. If diabetes is uncontrolled one is inviting all kinds of complications. Alcohol on top of it is further problem as it affects liver too.
