Watch Your Favorite Comedy Show Right Now If there is a situation that you cannot get out of, you need to relax first. And what can be better than watching a comedy show. Take out your mobile and start watching your favorite comedy show. This will really help you realize that negative moment was just a temporary phase. And it’s okay, if you watch something entertaining for even an hour. Because this is going to improve your performance to a much higher level. 4. Join a Group of Younger People Sometimes, it’s not necessary to talk about serious things for a whole day. You should join a group of younger people for activities like cycling, jogging, playing video games. It’s obvious that they will talk about some trivial things, which you might not be interested in, so just listen. After all life is all about people and their experiences! 5. Never Make a Big Decision When You Are Feeling Low When you are feeling low, you should avoid making the big decisions for your career or life, because it might be a wrong decision.
