Hi Dr. I am 25 female I have physiological problem because of by boyfriend he was get married recently but he don't tell me that I know it 3 days back just after that I am so depressed and want to kill my self my heart beat was too high and I am getting so anxiety how to get rid of this depression why my heart beating too high and sometimes it's paining please answer my problem.

HI lybrate-user! Where you in love with your boyfriend. Did you both cross the limits or planned to get married. Did you try to contact him, if go what was his answer. Just be bold enough to ask him why he cheated You, first try to know the reason. Do not get depressed easily. He is not worthy enough for you. At least feel happy that it happened before your marriage or before having kids. Look he has cheated you. There may be number of reasons for his marriage may be parents force or status, caste or someone attractive, actually speaking true love was not in his heart to marry you. What is the use of thinking such a silly person in life who showed only his positive character in life and not the bad character. He had the worst character which you found out now only. Okay no use of killing yourself or feeling sad instead covert your negative reactions into more positive one by getting married to more handsome and respectable person to the society, try to build in your personality, try to look smarter and attractive, try to come to higher level career wise, this is punishment you give to him.
