Hello doctor. My daughter is 2 month old. She is very crying. And not sleep well in night. What the reason? How to stop crying? Pls tell me.

It may be infantile colic.I guess this increases during evening time.It usually disappears after 3-4 month.Some anti flatulance modicatins can be of help but no definite scientific data is avaiable.However before stamp it as infantile colic,exclude other common causes of cry.

There are many common reason for cry infant who is still not started to talk, only thing is she know to express problem by crying. Exclusively breastfeed child may have some gas problem as she ingest atmospheric air while taking breast feed so burp atleast 10-15 min every time after breast feed to remove air via mouth or fart. Infant may just before passing urine and stop when passing, Its normal, no need to do anything. One of the most common reason is inadequate feeding due to some reason, resolved the reason and give only breast feeding till 6 months.
EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING IS BEST FOR INFANT TILL 6 MONTHS. AFTER 6 MONTHS ,BREASTFEEDING CAN BE GIVEN TILL AGE OF 1.5 TO 2 YRS WITH WEANING FOOD.

Common cause 1. Hungry baby 2. Wet n discomfort particularly in night. Look for. Burping after feed reduces discomfort due to abdominal distension.
