My age is 54 years. My ECG Shows ST-T Flattening inferior lateral lead. Can I rectify this with change in life style like food habits, exercise ect without using medicines.

Hi st and t waves flattening is a very un specific change which indicates myo cardial ischemia at first you have to make it sure that the cause is cardiac a TREAD MILL TEST should be done along with echo to find out the intensity of problem inferior leads signify a problem in right side heart artery once confirmed if you havem mild coronary artery problem life style modification can be given a try but as I said depends on intensity of problem thanks.
