I'm suffering head ache with eye problem. Eyes going to red and tired with head ache. Doctor told me in your eye don't have water then he gave me Andrew plus drop and some rest tablets, but it's not curable after that he gave me maxmoist drops. Problem not solved only problem is red eye and then head ache two sides, please help me sir.

First you get your refraction done and rule out ocular cause for pain by a good Opthalmologist. For dry eye, use lubricating eye drops (Refresh liquigel or genteel or Systane ultra) 3 to 4 times a day and genteel gel at bed time daily. Add omega 3 fatty acid capsule once daily for 3 months. If you believe in Yoga, do kapalbhati at least half an hour daily in morning in empty stomach for atleast 6 month.
