a good protein is one which has high bioavailabilty. any protein can help you add muscle. however the best proteins are whey for vegetarian source and eggs for non vegetarian source

yes it's good to have soya chunks but it's not a complete protein as it is deficient in some amino acids so include other protein rich foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc.
