Since only two days indicates mild infection which is causing pain & redness. You can take antibiotic orally for 3-4 days ( tab L-cin 500 mg once daily) & antibiotic eye drops 4-5 times a day( vigamox eye drops ).

The pus point is a result of infection acquired due to eye rubbing. u can start with hot fomentation and topical antibiotics...If there is no improvement within a day... u may need to start systemic antibiotics prescribed by a doctor after examination. u will also need to treat the eye allergies.

Not serious at all. Do not keep touching the eye wit hand/cloth. If pus is white just clean it off, if yellow and eye is sticky use Ciplox eye drops 3 times a day.
