Mr. lybrate-user, Madam if you are not willing to anti diabetic medications (modern medicines), then there is no other treatment available. Home remedies and so called ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines do not control diabetes. Only modern medicines can do that. Now the choice is yours. Along with medications strict diet control and regular exercise also are equally important. Thanks.
