I feel like I'm thinking always negative towards everything which I've realized recently. I don't know whether it is my friends influence on my thinking. Or if I'm thinking ngtv abt her. It made me soo worse that I feel everything negative about every word others say and I feel everyone should hv only a good opinion on me and soo onn. How can I remove this negative feeling from me. It's making my every morning to start worse. Pls help me .tell me some methods or any prescriptions to fill positivity in me. Pls give some good books names to feel positive.
