Is gelusil mps safe during pregnancy. What can I do to avoid gastritis. I am in first trimester.

Hi naveen, gelucil is safe but some will constipation because of its side effects. So preferably take dinner around 7pm. Take lot of water, vegetables soups, juices, prunes.take small frequent foods rather than heavy food. Go for 1 hr walking daily after having food .
