Hello all! my face is affected with full of pimples and dark spots so presently am using a cream called fourderm but am not able to see any change or improvement in fact they are increasing every day so please help me out? thank you.

Fourderm cream contains a topical steroid clobetasol which is never to be used for pimples which are usually bacterial infection and hence you have noticed an increase in the number of pimples and I will suggest you to apply acnesol-cl ointment at night for two weeks and revert on completion and always wash your face when you come home from outside.
