Sir my age is 22. My problem is like this. (1)- I have always fear specially in night that something will happen wrong with me or with my family member, it is happening from last one month. (2)-I fell tightness in my chest ,when I wake up early in the morning and chest becomes normal after walking or some exercise, it is happening from last one year. (3)-I have also constipation and little bit gas. Sir please suggest me is this a big problem. L have fear of heart disease or heart attack.

Hi Lybrate user it's seems that you are suffering from anxiety disorder due to which you have chest pain, palpitations and disturb sleep in night when you become alone. Don't worry I suggest you some Ayurveda medicines and meditation which helps you a lot. 1- use ashwagandha churna 2 gram daily morning and evening. 2- jatamanshi churna three gram twice a day. 3- sarpa gandha vati 2-4 at night. 4- cap salmon omega3 one cap at night. Do anuloom vilom pranayam 30 minutes slowly before going to sleep. Follow this medication for 5 days and then consult me for further assistance. Try to sleep with family members. Avoid tea, coffee and any addiction in evening. Your sleeping posture be in West and but water in any utincil below your bed ,near head side, wash your hands, feet and change your cloths before going to sleep, never take dinner on your bed and anyway do not make your bed dirty. Put some salt in a bowl and put below your bed. And change this every morning, it will help to stop bad dreams. Avoid electronic gadgets use excess, stop using these gadgets 3-4 hours before going to sleep.
