Respected Sir, I am very sorry to hear about your problems and perfectly understand how difficult it must be for you to deal with them. But Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a major psychiatric disorder that should not be self diagnosed. Even if you feel that you have obsessions, there are a lot of other conditions that need to be ruled out before diagnosing OCD. 3 years is a very long time to go on along with these symptoms and I think its time that you consulted with a psychiatrist who can evaluate you in detail, make a proper diagnosis and guide you effectively regarding the treatment of these symptoms. Since you are from Calicut, I feel that I should offer my personal assistance. So you may contact me via text, video or audio consult to know further details. However, you do need to be aware that there is no quick remedy and even with medicines, your symptoms will take time to resolve. But I can assure you that you will become better. Hope this helps and looking forward to hearing from you so that I can help you further on a more private platform. Thank You and Take Care.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental health problem. Symptoms typically include recurring thoughts and repetitive actions in response to the recurring thoughts. A common example is recurring thoughts about germs and dirt, with a need to wash your hands repeatedly to "clean off the germs". However, there are many other examples like u said about obsession to c private parts. The usual treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant medicine, or both. Treatment often works well to reduce the symptoms and distress of OCD greatly.
