Dear Doctor's I have a habit of eating 1to 2 Cardamom (elaichi) on a daily basis for mouth freshener purpose. Recently I met an Ayurvedic doctor during the discussion with him he said regular eating Cardamom (elaichi) may lead to impotency. Is this true. But I have read it on the internet that it improves sex. Kindly enlighten me on this.
