Your prescription shows minor retractive error, you should get relief by using glasses, if you are not getting relief from headache by using glasses, then again go to some other experienced Opthalmologist to get your refraction done, all other findings are normal. Sometimes minor things gives more trouble& needs experienced hand.

u seem to have a small refractive error...I am not sure it is contributing to ur headaches.. Most common causes of headache other than ocular causes r inadequate food and water intake, exposure to strong sunlight n stress, sinusitis , cluster headache etc.
