Sir, I can't sleep because of anxiety. It is present only at exam time. If I thought if I can't sleep today then I can't study or write exam well tomorrow, then I can't sleep at that night by thinking this all the time. I sleep less time and wake early. But no problem if I haven't exam. I sleep 8 hours regularly. I experiencing this problem about a four years. How can I treat it? Is this become a huge problem in future? I scored good mark even I slept less time. So is it affect my exam?
