Hello Diturbed sleep may cause the insomnia. You have to start meditation immediatly. Before going to bed you shoud wash your feet, hand and face with fresh water. You needs some ayurvedic medications like "Akshi Tarpana" and "Medhya Rasayanas"

Drink 1 glass of milk & after 15 to 20 minutes do some stretching exercise & follow it up with light exercise till you feel a bit tired. Then take a hot water bath &go to sleep. You should plan an 8 hours sleep programme & you will wake up fresh for the next day. Good Night!
