Does wearing cap all the time results in baldness? My friend is saying because our hair does not get fresh hai due to cap.

Hi, No that is not true. But if sweat and dirt get accumulated due to use of cap, it can influence hair growth. Hair fall/loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. Most common cause is nutrient deficiency which can be rectified my oral medications and supplements. Do not wear cap all day long. Just wear it when you go outside to avoid dust and sun.
