Mr. lybrate-user getting anxious and feeling distressed in a crowd usually is a part of social phobia we develop due to thoughts of negative evaluation by others. We feel distressed and try to avoid being in the crowd. Since you have particularly asked about unable to speak to girls of your age it is again due to extreme anxiety. Though these symptoms can be normal to an extent in any individual if these symptoms try to interfere with your daily routine then we have to go for proper treatment. Trying to be engaged in the crowd and being with people is the way forward. Interacting more and more with people can only reduce your anxiety. Try relaxation techniques too. If you still feel to have symptoms kindly consult a psychiatrist.
