Doctor please I need your help. Since a week ago I lost my job since I am in home only not going outside not meeting friends and feels to be in home only and do not feel to enjoy and all. And my mind always thinks some negative thoughts. Feels like I am in depression. But I am consulting psychiatrist here he given antidepressants I feel good but I think too much abt future and cannot concentrate the moment. And can I use ayurvedic tablets along with antidepressants?
