Dear Lybrate user He is suffering with acute gastroenteritis. He needs some medications to cure the problem. Avoid outside food ,Especially fried rice or noodles which contain preformed toxins. Avoid foods like salads near unhygienic places. Take home food and easily digestible food like idly and curd rice. Give more fluids add electral powder. Hope this information helps you.
