Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Apparently, most of your symptoms are due to high anxiety levels that needs to be controlled. First and foremost, I would advise that you meet up a physician in person who can clinically evaluate and recommend suitable anxiolytic as would deem appropriate. Simultaneously, from a dietary standpoint, do follow a streamlined and balanced diet (preferably Mediterranean) pattern & regular lifestyle with due emphasis on regular exercise, stress reduction and relaxation. Practicing yoga, breath control exercises & meditation daily for 15 - 20 minutes can help you relax and reduce anxiety. Simultaneously, try avoiding tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks, dairy products including chocolates, alcohol, salt, greasy, sugary and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. Stay well hydrated and have at least 8 - 10 glasses of clear fluids through out the day. I hope this helps you get well soon. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely
