Hello sir sometime I feel if I will not do a particular task then something wrong will be happen like I will lost which I love this feelings comes while through the day and I do task repeatedly until this feeling not forget I repeat process 10 time 20 time I want to ignore but I can't it provides hindrance in my life I want to remove it some time some unnecessary thoughts come like my family member will be suffer if I will not do this task and so on I want to ignore but I can't please suggest what I have to do to get rid of such type situation due to this I am not able to concentrate on my work when some times my family member see me to do such type of activity he feel sad but I don't want but due to afraid of lost of loving person I frequently repeat task like touch glass books bags desk top basin basket number of time. But when I concentrate on other work such type of feelings not come please suggest me what should I have to do by which I can live normal life and concentrate on my work. I am waiting for valuable suggestion. Thanks.
