I have anxiety disorder and these days i've been having really bad ache - more like tightening over my left and and center side of the chest. Its only for like 5 to 10 minutes but very painful. There would be shortness of breath and heart palpitations. I constantly also have dry mouth these days - so dry that even my tongue hurts (its not because of the climate because my skin does not feel dry). Im breathless and dizzy with the slightest of work. I know its anxiety but what should I do?
