Hello doctor! I have Tooth problem, in incisor. Before 10 years I fell down on the ground and my right incisor broke partially. A dentist treated it formally, pain and swelling vanished. But it starts again paining and swelling gum, harmonically and regularly. When it take pain killer pain lost. How can I get ride of this pain permanently? Please help me.

Pain and swelling occurs mostly in winter season. Drink luke warm water and gargles in winter .and consult a gud dentist who can fix your problem.

The tooth fractured due to the trauma and in the process the nerve of the tooth also died. This dead nerve is food for bacteria. Bacterial growth leads to infection causing pain and swelling. Get in touch with a good dentist and get Root canal treatment done for this tooth.
