Good Morning Doctor, Hope you are doing good. As drinking lots of water is good for Health. I drink around 5litres a day. But I consume refrigerated water/cold water. I even eat some of the fruits which are refrigerated. This has been a habit for me nowadays. I hardly drink normal water because of this. I am not prone to any of health issues from this. I consume these stuffs in every season. My question is; >Is it advisable consuming daily cold stuffs? Does this effect long term? >Does this have any impact on my teeth a and enamel? >As I heard there are Zero Calories in Water, Will it gain/reduce my weight? >Does this have any other sort of health issues apart from above? Your answers would be highly appreciated. Regards, Amith.
