Today I have done fasting sugar test and I got result which is 169.5 mg/dl - Reference range is 70-105 so I want to know am I diabetic now? My age is 33 years now.

Repeat test after 15 days both F and Pp do 1.no alcohol
2. Reduce body wt
3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night
8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d.
9. Take more water

Mr Anil, With fasting blood glucose level of 169.5 mg/100 ml, you have diabetes. Fasting level 169.5 mg is too high. You need to check after food glucose level as well as HbA1c%, these are needed to decide on appropriate drug treatment. 
Plus you will have to take a properly planned restricted but balanced diet, that provides exact calories based on your ideal body weight (67.5 kgs). You will have to exercise daily for at least 1 hour. In a well controlled diabetes fasting blood glucose should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. This will help in preventing or postponing the long term complications of diabetes.
