Hello doctor .My skin colour is dark. So I'm taking some tablets like tretiva 10 and applying some gel on face and brite cream when I go outside .Is there any side effects of tretiva tablet? Please suggest me a effective way to become fair.

Cap tretiva containt isotretinoin due to which skin become dry&sun exposed part become red, so drink pleanty of water and lozisoft cream day time,

Tretiva is not for fairness. It will make your skin dry and scaly. Use a sunscreen atleast 30 mins before going out in the sun. Take an antioxidant and Vit C along with applying Brite cream. It will help in making your skin fair.
