Take precautions first of all that avoid taking spicy food and masala food, don't take softdrinks as well as milk for some days. Because it will again iritate your stomach and again you may suffer from same problem. Drink plenty water and buttermilk, Daily jeera kwath you take. Kutajarista 2 spoons twice a day for 1 week you take. Carminative and digestive medicine you take.
