Hi, I am having pain at the lower corner side of gluts for last 1 year, earlier I have ignored it because but now days I am playing daily cricket, there is going trigger pain, Some weeks I have stop playing cricket but pain can?t stop. I have checked on google that time I have realized its gluteus maximus pain. As per google instruction I have used tennis cricket ball with exercise its great relief for me pain totally stop for few hours. Anyone can suggest it is possible to Physiotherapy can relief me?

Glute pain is due to weakness of gluteal muscles due to less stretching and strengthening of these muscles. Physiotherapy to these and back muscles will help them get stronger and relieve your pains.
