My penis size is 5.0 inch in erect position but in normal position size is about 1.5 inch and also my for skin of penis is not removed in erect position also and normal position so what I have to do my for skin removed and penis size increases in normal as well as in erect position, I take help of masturbation but it not help me so please suggest me fast.

if you can move your foreskin back manually without pain then its fine other wise while sex this skin will movr back forcefully and cause pain bleeding etc. so to overcome this problem circumcision is best option.
