Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for your query. I have gone through it, and notice that she has subclinical hypothyroidism (TSH 9.7 mU/L). Also her liver enzymes appear to be on the higher side, suggesting some problem with liver function. Even her hemoglobin is also low (9.7 g/ 100 ml). There is no otherrelevant information like any specific symptoms that she complains of, or tiredness, fatigue, weight gain or any other symptom related to under active thyroid gland or anemia or fatty liver. You have not mentioned her height and weight, so it is difficult to come to any conclusion.
