1.time depends upon many factors how deep is the tooth inside bone, skill of surgeon etc. Generally one wisdom extn tooth take from 15 mins to 30 mins even by any any chance if it take longer time just relax intial anesthesia will be enough fr 1 hr you will not have any pain sensation for sure just pressure can be felt. 2.recovery also has variable factors amount of bone removed, how neatly your surgeons performs. After the anesthesia effects goes you must take painkiller so you do not feel any pain. Taking icecream and cold food is must. Medicines mostly take care of everything and generally there is no postoperative discomfort. Mild swelling in few cases is oberseved. Would takes 3-7 days to heal after which suture can b removed 3.side effect- if your wisdom teeth is colse to nerve numbness in lower lip region will be thr.
