For a diabetic patient with type 2, how often it is required to check the blood glucose? Is random check will do as a regular check up once in three months? Thanks in AdvanceSathish.

3 montly HbA1c, once a month fasting glucose and 2 hours after lunch glucose testing is sufficient in a stable patient with T2DM reasonable controlled blood glucose. More frequent monitoring needed in uncontrolled diabetes
