I am using tenovate m for 10 years on my face, nw my face is red if I stop using it my face is peeling off. Can you please tell me how long will it take to get back to normal. Currently I am working if I stop will I be able to go out to office I am really depressed please lemme know how to get it treated.

Tenovate m on face for 10 years but why, who prescibed you this medication ,are you using it as a over the counter drug. please plz don't use these medication without prescription. Look for some good dermatologist near you and please stop experimenting with drugs by yourself. By the way you are using corticosteroid on your face it can have many side effects.
