My problem is that whenever I drink milk or any other dairy products, lots of gas begins to be formed, belly become swelled. After doing exercises, though not intense, some gas is passed but it continuously formed all day. I do not consume sugar with milk. I am only 27 and I cannot live with joy without milk. Please help me.

You are one of those people who cannot digest milk easily. I therefore suggest that you consume buttermilk or curds instead.
