Dear Ms. lybrate-user, I can understand what you must be going through. Bad phases in life often lead to a negative impact on us. What you are going through can be termed adjustment disorder. Since, your problems will further lead to difficulty in job hunting and also impact other phases of life, its important that you seek treatment for the same. You should seek a psychiatric consultation at the earliest to undergo complete evaluation of your problems. You can be helped with medications or supportive psychotherapy, depending on the severity of your condition. In addition, start exercising daily. Also start talking about your feelings and emotions with someone close. Writing diary daily also is helpful in venting out your feelings. I do hope that you recover soon enough. Best wishes.
