Lot of head ache with itching and dandruff. Lot of hair fall this is happening for last 10 days, what should I do?

Dear, it is mainly due to infection in your scalp, as skin of scalp is very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections, it comes in from of dandruff. For control on hairfall you have to control on dandruff and infection.Consult privately.
