If the child is severe casein or lactose intolerant, please avoid any ghee as it might have traces of casein and lactose. Otherwise cow's ghee is preferred as per Ayurveda.

Your child is just 18 months old he can't eat the staff what we do as adult eat. He is taking food as per his hunger. Give everything to eat him in the quantity he can eat. Overeat doesn't make him grow fast. Give him pamogartes, milk, carrots. Fibres substance. Have patience he will grow strong n taller gradually. Wish him a good health.
You have to check if he has hypothyroidism and check his TSH and dotp bottle if you feed him in bottle and feed with a cup or glass. Motivate to eat but do not cajole him or force him.
