The main reason for the pain during the bowel movements is constipation and the pressure from the enlarging baby. With time, the bowel movement gets more painful and causes discomfort. It may cause some kind of itching or some kind of soreness near the area. The lumpiness makes the body laxer. In order to overcome the problem, it is advised to maintain a healthy diet and perform certain exercises during the course of the pregnancy. Having food high in fiber will definitely help to reduce the pain. It is said that after 2-3 week of giving birth the pain reduces. Bowel movements are basically the cause of the fertilization over the time which puts pressure in movements are some activities like deposition of excreta and having trouble in sitting up and down which is normal if the pain is bearable.
pelvic pain before or during the menstrual cycle
Pain in the pelvic area is basically the results of having a period and continues when the menstruation resumes. Almost 80% percent of women are said to experience pelvic pain during the final trimester. At the time, the stress on the pelvis increases as the child comes in the pelvic region. It is the signal where the patient is only 2-3 weeks far from going to labour.
The pain can range from mild to deliberating and can range any point in the pregnancy. The movements of the body get very restricted during the time and there is a difficulty while walking.
painful intercourse
During the activity, women tend to feel pain at some point in the abdomen section which is common. But it is important to identify the difference between several pains. The pain is basically caused since most of the uterus part comes down in the pelvis region which causes discomfort during the activity. The contraction during the activity should be bearable and mild, if it is not bearable and cause pain after the activity than the patient is advised to consult with the doctor. It is necessary to be careful is there is any kind of irrelative pain which is causing other problems such as irritation and discomfort. Spotting is basically an implantation bleeding which is different from menstruation blood in both color and the texture. The severity of bleeding can be measured according to the darkness and presence of the clots in the blood. The best way is to monitor the blood loss if there is any and if there is any blood loss in the weeks than you might want to consult the doctor. It is important to be cautious regarding the changes that are occurring within the body to prevent further complications.
pain in the lower back or thighs
It is gradually caused because of the increase in the weight and enlarged uterus presses down the sciatic nerve. This causes pressure and increases pain with a tingling feeling resulting in numbness of the back at times. It is normal in nature during the course, the body is preparing for itself for the baby to give birth. The ligaments and joints get loosened up which causes back pain and ache at several times resulting in a problem in thighs where the muscle is connected and related. A posture belt might help the back to get stable and relieve the pain while walking and other activities.
breast tenderness
During the pregnancy, the hormones are continuously changing which also causes a change in the breast. With the rise in the progesterone level, it feels heavier and fuller. The soreness which is seen is completely normal. These are one of the symptoms of the pregnancy where changes are temporary and some last after it also.
The symptoms are seen at 4 weeks and the changes keep on taking place during the course of the pregnancy. There is no reason to worry as the changes are natural.
nausea and vomiting
It can occur any time after the 4 weeks even before. The hormones are one of the reasons which cause nausea at times. The Estrogens increases which cause morning sickness and having a weak stomach will lead to Vomiting. Having all of the above experiences is the sign of a healthy pregnancy and is the sign that everything is going well. If there is frequent vomiting than you should need to change the diet plan or consult the doctor.
severe or sharp pelvic pain
The changes in the uterus are the main reason for the pelvic pain. Chances of severe or sharp pelvic pain are not seen commonly. The pain does increases when 3-4 weeks are left to go into the labor. The uncertain period which is being experienced in the trimesters can cause severe pain but for a while. It is bearable as the chances of uncertainty is less but tracking the activities would help prevent further complications.
fever
The occurrence of fever is not normal during the course so it recommended examining the condition in order to find the cause is the best thing to do in. There could be various reasons for the fever such as viral illness, hydration problems. If there is a bacterial cause then an antibiotic should be used. For recovery, Tylenol is the best option in such conditions.
faintness or dizziness
During the second trimester, the dizziness is more likely to experience. The growing uterus puts pressure on the blood vessels which is one of the main reasons for such experience. It may occur further during the course of pregnancy. Whenever you lie in the back, the dizziness is certain as the developing child puts pressure on the vena cava which is responsible for the blood flow to the heart from the lower part of the body. The changes in the blood circulation cycle make the dizziness uncertain.
rapid breathing
The rapid change in the hormones particularly progesterone directly affects the lung section which is there is a shortage of breath during times. High blood pressure may also be the pre-existing reasons for shortness of breath. Most women struggle while performing physical activity which can be noticed as they face breathing problem. The need for more oxygen is the natural reaction to the body changing in several ways. It is just a way in which the body is preparing itself to adapt to the changes that change consistently over the course.
