What is the treatment?
Weight Loss Diet Counselling is an advisory treatment aimed to help you lose weight. Being overweight increases your risk of disorders like diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. A weight loss Diet Counselling program involves making dietary changes to maintain your weight at optimal levels.
Dietary changes not only involves what type of food you should eat but also when and in how much quantity. To lose weight, you will generally be recommended a plan that includes carbohydrates, fats, protein and other essential nutrients in the right measure.
Losing weight is a slow process, so you need to be patient with the treatment. Weight loss diet plans revolve around making the right choices when it comes to food. The objective of the diet plan is to create a calorie deficit by making sure that you consume fewer calories that what you are expending. In this regard, the dietician will also take into consideration your activity level while designing the diet plan.
How is the treatment done?
