Hello mam, Try indian paleo diet and do thigh and hip work out. Avoid all junk food. Avoid beverages. Avoid artificial food or tinned food. Avoid bakery items. Avoid carbohydrates. Drink lot of water 4-5 litres per day Take fibre rich food, vegetables.
