Yesterday night I had to play a football game and I got my left foot ankle injured. It got twisted while I was trying to shoot and got a tackle on my leg with a player falling on my twisted ankle. I am using a bandage for support. Pls advice coz need to be back healthy soon as games are coming ahead! Please hoping to hear from you soon.

Use bandage for 6 wks. Ice massage to be done 4_6 times a day.

If swelling is there, do apply ice pack over the injured area for 10 mins. For return to sport consult your physiotherapist.

I think you have ligament injury/sprain. Apply ice for 20 minutes for 4 times in a day. It will heal your injury. Apply analgesic ointment then apply crep bandage. And take rest. If possible concern qualified physiotherapist. They will help you.
